Accessibility statement

Last reviewed 23 September 2026

We want everyone to be able to use refreshly.tech: to read about the audit, sign up, pay and read a report, whether they use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It is the standard we build and test against. It is a goal we work towards, not a statement that every page meets it.

How we test

We check this site with the same automated accessibility testing our customers get, on a desktop screen and a phone screen, including a keyboard walk of our main pages, and we fix what it finds. Automated testing finds only part of what can go wrong, so reports from people using the site matter to us.

Known limitations

Some steps are provided by other companies, and we cannot change them: the Stripe payment form, the Calendly booking calendar and Google sign-in. If one of them gets in your way, email us and we will help you finish what you were doing.

Report a barrier

If something on the site gets in your way, email audit@refreshly.tech. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are happy to, the browser and any assistive technology you use.

We aim to reply within five working days. If a fix takes longer, we will tell you what we plan to do and, where we can, get you what you need another way in the meantime.
